Who we are

Moore Than Construction is responsible for the personal information you share through this website (the data controller). This notice covers website enquiries and related correspondence.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project type and message. You can also provide a phone number and property postcode or area; these are optional. We receive any further details you choose to share in your message or subsequent correspondence.

The required fields help us understand your plans and reply. Without them, the form cannot be submitted, but you can contact us by phone or email instead. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in your enquiry.

Our form service may also process technical details such as your IP address, browser information and submission time for delivery, security and spam prevention.

How we use your information

We use your details to answer questions, discuss your project and prepare a quotation. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, that is our lawful basis for using the information. For general correspondence and protecting the form against misuse, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to potential customers and running a secure website.

Sending an enquiry does not sign you up to a mailing list. The website does not make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Who handles your information

Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, receives, stores and forwards form submissions on our behalf. Its infrastructure and spam prevention providers also help process submissions. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.

Web3Creative operates from India and may process data outside the UK. Its data processing agreement describes its providers and transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum where applicable. You can read these safeguards there or contact us for a copy.

Enquiries delivered to our Outlook inbox are also handled by Microsoft as our email provider. Its privacy statement explains its processing. Website hosting providers may process connection logs to deliver and protect the site. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence while discussing your plans and dealing with relevant follow-up. Whether it remains necessary afterwards depends on whether the enquiry becomes a project, whether there is an outstanding question or dispute, and any applicable record-keeping obligations. Information no longer needed for those purposes should be deleted.

Web3Forms states that submission data is retained for up to three years, unless a shorter plan period applies or it is deleted earlier. Deleting a submission from Web3Forms does not delete the separate email copy in our inbox. Contact us if you would like us to review or delete your enquiry.

Website preferences and links

This website saves your chosen colour palette and page-motion preference in your browser’s local storage. These settings remain on your device until cleared; they are not included in the enquiry form. You can remove them through your browser’s site-data settings.

The site itself does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Links to Instagram, Facebook and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy notices.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your personal information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact James using the details above. We may need to confirm your identity.

You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
